For over a decade, We Feed The Hungry has been raising awareness and gathering donations of clothes and food to provide for residents in the homeless community of Skid Row. Every Wednesday, rain or shine, My Friend’s House Foundation volunteers unite to distribute food, clothing, toiletries and other essential items available to men, women and children. Our volunteers empathize with individuals who are experiencing homelessness and we aim to serve those who seek our support with compassion and love. To date, we have served over 750,000+ people.
Volunteering with us is as easy as showing up!
Join us on Wednesday at 11:45am. When you arrive you will find a signup table, volunteer waiver form, and signup sheet. Once you arrive, we’ll assist with any essential items you may need such as masks, gloves, etc.
Please arrive early to ensure close parking. Also, you should park on the same side of the Giveback as close as possible for security and safety purposes. There are metered parking spaces and lots nearby the Giveback location.
